I’ve wanted to take William to see Thomas for a year or so now. I think it was the right age for him though so I am glad we waited. Even though he is into Chuggington way more than Thomas, I figured it was a real train and he’d like it regardless. I have to say he wasn’t as excited as I thought he’d be or maybe he was really excited and not sure how to express it? He is quite the observer and just absorbs things so maybe that’s what he was doing. He did ask to ride Thomas again and almost put up a fight when it was time to go, so I guess that means he had fun.
We met our friends and old neighbors there so the boys rode the train together. It was a perfect day, overcast and not too hot. We even had a small shower. Lucas was quite the trooper and did really well too.
This kid…I can’t believe him. He’s standing on the arm rest and hanging onto the window…probably with his teeth! Haha!

They stood in line forever for this sno-cone and I think he had like 4 bites.
I didn’t think we’d stand in line to do photos with Thomas but I was like hey! We came all this way…why not? It actually wasn’t too bad and the pictures turned out pretty cute.
Poor Lucas was a little hot….
Fun trip and I’d definitely do it again!
